He grew up selling cars, then after college he traded futures and sold fixed income institutionally as a registered investment advisor with Series 7 and 63 licenses. Marcus began investing in real estate, got licensed as a REALTOR and started a team with Helen in Chicago, and now in the Los Angeles area.

Marcus enjoys a great sandwich (the bigger the better!), anything outdoors, extreme sports like snowboarding, skateboarding, biking, organized sports like soccer, basketball, wrestling, lacrosse, motorsports like motorcycles, cars, trucks, traveling, and finding amazing deals and dives. He is a renaissance man with too many interests to list. In fact, he has written down over 140 inventions or business ideas that he would love to create; however, he has chosen to focus on real estate because it brings him a great sense of fulfillment to create deep and lasting relationships with his clients, friends and family through helping them with one of the most important decisions of their lives.
