Mark Fetzer is the current President of Core 3. There are three divisions at Core 3 - property management, landscaping & maintenance, and construction services. As the President, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. He also assists his employees in day-to-day problem solving/questions and communicates effectively with owners and leadership.

Mark has been in and around the Real Estate world all of his life. Mark’s background in building and developing gives him valuable expertise in maintaining high-quality properties while staying under budget. Mark holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a Master’s of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University. He values the relationships he enjoys with property owners and considers himself a partner in helping them maximize the returns on their investments.
