Mr. Griffin is Managing Principal and CEO at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates – Griffin Partners headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. He is a native of Upstate, SC and a graduate of Clemson University with over eighteen years of progressive experience in commercial real estate ranging from investment and development advisory services to general brokerage.

Mr. Griffin spent several years early in his career providing economic development consultation to small cities and towns throughout the State of Georgia. He later went on to become a project manager with several large development consulting firms in the Atlanta region working with and representing some of the top names in development. After several years of gaining diverse experience in many areas of development and consulting he decided to go into full time brokerage starting in land acquisitions for corporate and private investors and developers.

Mr. Griffin moved back from Atlanta to his hometown of Greenville, SC in late 2009 and worked with another local commercial real estate firm for over 3 years before founding Griffin Property Solutions in 2012. He has been involved in many multi-million dollar commercial, residential development and business brokerage deals. He brings over eighteen years of commercial brokerage, development representation, and capital advisory services to every client he represents. His diverse approach and dedication to every deal has earned him recognition among his peers as a top professional.

Mr. Griffin is involved in many philanthropic and non-profits throughout the community including Rotary (Paul Harris Fellow), Past Board Member of Gateway House, Corporate Sponsor for EuroFest (benefiting Ronald McDonald Charities), 2016 Past Master of Monaghan Lodge #251 (SC Ancient Free Masons), Past Sponsor of Roper Mountain Holiday Lights (Rotary International).

Mr. Griffin is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). He lives in Greenville County, SC with his wife and his two sons and is an avid runner, golfer, and snowboarder.​ He holds a 5 year professional degree in Landscape Architecture with a focus in land development, real estate, and business.
