Martin Zeeb was born and raised in Visalia and is a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara. Martin worked in the planning department as Director of Submerged Land-leases for the U.S. Government of the Virgin Islands. After nearly two years in the Virgin Islands, he returned to Visalia where he worked for Property Managements Specialists (PMS) after a brief internship with the Tulare County Planning Department.
While at PMS he handled the management and leasing of commercial and office properties. After a promotion to General Manager he continued to specialize in commercial properties, as well as overseeing operations of the management company.
In 1986, after receiving his brokers license, Marty started Zeeb Commercial Real Estate. ZCRE specializes in leasing, sales and investment analysis of commercial, industrial and office properties.
Martin is a member of the SIOR and has completed several C.C.I.M. courses, He is active in the Methodist Church, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and is a past director of the Visalia Board of Realtors. He serves on the boards of the YMCA, KDDH Foundation, and BSA among others.
