Laboratory/Industrial/Med Office/Office Buyer/Seller/Tenant/Landlord Representation ExperienceOver the last 3 years, Matt has spent time working in the life sciences industry. During this time he was able to forge connections with human, animal and environmental health companies as well as many service providers to the industry. After pivoting to commercial real estate, Matt is able to focus on continuing to serve the life science community from a new perspective. With his experience working in the life sciences, he is able to specialize in helping clients locate, buy, sell and lease lab and office space. Matt’s knowledge of the metropolitan region and his enthusiasm can be felt in each deal which helps create the best solution for his clients.
