Matt Mahoney is a Managing Principal of Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC. a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. For more than 20 years, he has specialized in the sale and leasing of retail, office, multi-family and investment properties throughout the Northwest.

Matt previously founded and managed his own commercial real estate investment companies specializing in the acquisition and operation of multi-family investments. Another key component of his company was the acquisition, repositioning and sale of distressed and underperforming assets.
