The full-time business offered services in mortgage lending, residential sales, commercial warehouse sales, and private lending. During the great recession we grew and flourished in short sale settlements and helping people with financially distressed properties. Technology can disrupt the industry, but it cannot replace the REALTOR® needed to perform the duties and responsibilities to ensure the standard of care for the public. There is more to it than the technology and it's more than just brick and mortar. It’s about a REALTOR® who cares about you, who knows the neighborhood, who knows the marketplace, who has an eye for property details, who is a marketplace leader, and knows the process inside and out.
