As a real estate broker in King & Pierce Counties, Mike has specialized in the sales and leasing of all types of commercial properties. As his prime area of focus, he has negotiated several successful transactions, including: the sale of a 34,000 square foot retail building in Federal Way, the sale of a 14,000 square foot retail center in Puyallup, the sale of another 14,000 square foot retail center in Lakewood, as well as the sale of a 6,500 square foot industrial building in Seattle. Mike has also leased several retail and office spaces through out Pierce County. Appraisers, lenders and attorneys have consulted and relied on his expertise in these areas when verifying comparable market information. Mike is also a licensed broker in CA and a CCIM designee as well.

A portion of his real estate career incorporated the handling of the property management for a number of projects. These included: a multi-unit residential complex, several commercial retail buildings in Pierce County and a large multi-tenant commercial building in Lakewood.

Mike also has experience on the development side, acquiring land and seeing it through the building process. A member of a Limited Liability Corporation, he has handled the engineering, development and marketing of a commercial piece of land in Puyallup, WA.
