Michael Lohmann is a managing director with Newmark Knight Frank. Based in Miami, Florida, Mr. Lohmann specializes in investment sales, debt/equity placement and business origination. He has extensive expertise selling various property types including retail, office and multihousing assets.

Mr. Lohmann works with investors of all types, including high-net-worth individuals, special servicers, investment funds and financial institutions. Mr. Lohmann spent his first three years at NKF working on a tenant representation team where he secured occupancy cost savings and lease enhancements for his clients.

Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Lohmann worked for a loan sale advisory firm, Weston Portfolio Group LLC, where he was responsible for mortgage portfolio acquisitions and dispositions.

Mr. Lohmann holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in economics from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
