Mike Makabi shares over 17 years of sales, management, development, and transaction experience in the real estate field and is licensed as both a General B Contractor and a licensed Real Estate Broker in California. Mike has facilitated over $1B in transactions to date within a variety of property types including SFR, Multi-Family, Commercial and Industrial properties throughout the entire country.

Mike is the Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions as well as a principal at Broadbridge, which was created back in 2014. His mission was to assemble a one-stop-shop team that would handle all aspects associated to facilitate a successful real estate transaction. Mike wanted to create a straightforward platform to bring two parties together in the most efficient, yet effective means to provide for a streamlined transaction. BroadBridge offers services including but not limited to, a full real estate brokerage team, which handles off-market or active for sale and lease transaction representation and consultation, capital, property and project management, and market research/analytics reporting. Broadbridge is also the primary developer and co-owner of the Broadway Trade Center. J is the most profound real estate marketing platform to date. Mr. Makabi holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.
