This technology and delivery system makes industry professionals 5x faster and more accurate, while saving thousands of dollars in third party data costs. Board of Directors – Property Analytix (PA) an appraisal group accessing Enriched Data’s resources and technology to provide attorneys thousands of appraisals for litigation support. Under Mr. Miller’s guidance, PA merged with the Archstone Group, a 12-person firm, with 4 offices in January 2020 and tripled the size and national coverage in less than 15 months. In April 2021, PA purchased RD Geronomi & Associates, a 40-year valuation firm highly respected in New York and New Jersey. The firm also expanded operations in South Korea, Mexico, Peru, Guatemala City and India.
