                Michael Price joined LandQwest Commercial as Senior Associate in August of 2016. As a leader of the LandQwest Land Division, Michael concentrates on land and multi-family investment sales, large-scale development sites and special-use acquisitions / dispositions.
An expert in the field of land sales, Michael is a designated Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and additionally provides consulting services to developers and investors. The prestigious ALC membership is a segment of the REALTORS® Land Institute and is attained only by achieving the highest-performing land sales.
Michael is engrained in the Southwest Florida commercial real estate market and possesses a strong track record of closing transactions, ranging from large-scale developments to in-fill commercial sites.
A Fort Myers native, Michael is a graduate of the Lutgert School of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University (FCGU) with a B.S. Degree in Management. This business background, coupled with an extensive knowledge of Southwest Florida and its local business environment, has provided him with a wealth of expertise to complement his new role.
