Michael J. Tedesco formed Tedesco Realty Associates in 1993 with the goal of building a framework to best serve his growing and eclectic customer base which started when he entered brokerage in the Greenwich, CT area and thereafter spread in an ever increasing pattern well into Westchester and Fairfield counties. Over the years assignments have been successfully carried out from Long Isalnd to Mystic, CT. The company continues to evolve to provide clients a tailored and professional level of service. With a committed focus on the local market, Mr. Tedesco strives to position himself as a true advisor to his clients.

Prior to this, Mr. Tedesco was affiliated with other local brokerage firms including CBRE (formerly Coldwell Banker), William Pitt and Duff Associates.

Mr. Tedesco began his real estate career working with Gibraltar Management Co., Inc., a commercial real estate developer and manager, where he assisted with commercial property management, accounting, insurance, leasing and commercial construction.

Michael holds broker licenses in Connecticut and New York. He has also been approved by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission to teach as a continuing education course to real estate agents commercial investment analysis.
