Licensed in 2004, Michael implemented the sales training platform of Century 21 before becoming a real estate asset manager overseeing a property portfolio for a large property management company in Los Angeles, where he served as management lead for the entire REO portfolio of properties owned the Los Angeles Housing Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) under an RFP (Request for Proposal) contract awarded for property management services. His experience as managing supervisor of the Tax Credit/Affordable Housing Department allowed him the expertise to successfully complete annual certification requirements in compliance with Regulatory covenants. Michael also served as Property Operations Manager, Special Projects Director, and UD-Legal Expert Witness representative until 2018 when he became a licensed broker officer for Teamone Global Inc. and started Global Realty Group.

He currently is a broker associate with eXP Commercial and continues to manage residential and commerical properties through Global Realty Group.
