I am a trusted advisor to companies and individuals for their real estate needs in Toronto & surrounding areas. I am an expert within the retail asset class, with strong proficiencies in site selection, commercial leasing, commercial sales (both acquisitions & dispositions), and redevelopment of commercial properties.

In the past 48 months, I have been responsible for the sale of over $150,000,000.00 in commercial real estate, as well as transacting on total lease consideration in excess of $60,000,000.00. As a strong negotiator with up to the minute market knowledge, I provide my clients with valuable intelligence to best guide them in their real estate decisions. With an ear to the ground and an eye for the latest trends, I keep my clients up to date on the constantly evolving Toronto marketplace.

My extensive and continued experience with commercial lease transactions provides a valuable understanding of income and vacancy outlooks within sales assignments.
