Mike serves as a Senior Vice President for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale and lease of office, industrial and retail property in greater Los Angeles area. A broker since 1988, Cassidy has secured more than 1000 transactions with a sales volume in excess of $1 Billion.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Cassidy was a Senior Vice President for Colliers International in the South Bay office. He was responsible for creating and executing marketing and stacking plan strategies, reporting to various Landlords ranging from institutional to regional investors, and representing local and national companies.

Career successes include: serving such clients as All Nippon Airlines, John Hancock Properties, Koll Management Services, Pelican Products, Citicorp, TA Associates, CT Realty, General Electric, GM, Hyundai and CCH, Inc.

Michael is an active commercial real estate advisor, a member of the Association of Industrial and Office Realtors and earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California.
