Bio
Mike Concilla launches 2019 with LandQwest Commercial as Principal and Managing Director of the Naples office.
Mike is widely recognized as an eight-time CoStar Power Broker™ winner, due to an extensive 20-year career in site selection, development, leasing and investment disposition of core retail, office and industrial assets.
His development contributions took flight after serving as an Ohio City Planner and Assisted Living Development Officer. In 2000, Mike was named Senior Real Estate Manager for Bob Evans, where he introduced 40+ restaurants across Florida’s major markets. This was achieved through detailed market assessments, expert contract negotiations, extensive due diligence and financial analysis, construction/budget oversight and more.
This experience transitioned into mixed-use and master-planned projects while at Steiner + Associates, where he oversaw the development of four, $500M+ regional town centers.
Since his Florida relocation in 2009, Mike has shaped much of the area’s commercial landscape as Senior Associate of CRE Consultants (formerly CBRE) and Senior Vice President of Equity, Inc. Some of his most notable transactions include the College Station power center, Piper Medical Plaza, and the four-phase, mixed-use development, Palm Pointe Shoppes.
As Principal and Managing Director for LandQwest, Mike will spearhead the retail division, including sales, leasing, tenant rep and investment services, to West Florida’s institutional clients.
He is a longstanding member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the American Planners Assocation (APA).
