Mike Fawell is a life long resident of DuPage County, Illinois. He has been practicing commercial real estate since 1997with a heavy concentration in office properties, investment properties and retail strip center properties. He previously practiced law for 15 years and was a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois handing eminent domain litigation as well as a bankruptcy trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.. In between his law practice and real estate practice Mike was a co-founder and Senior Executive Vice President of Peach Tree Bancard Corporation and of Dallas Leasing Company, both of which provided marketing and security services to the banking industry.
