I have 40+ years experience in all types of appraisal "Main Street to Wall Street" including CBRE, C&W, Dow Jones/Teleres, local firms and currently am president of www.SFREAppraisal.com, personally providing 100 certified (Florida State RZ2621) commercial real estate appraisal reports for all purposes each year.

I earned an Appraisal Institute accredited Master of Arts from the University of Florida in 1994 and have completed hundreds of ongoing continuing education courses for my sales license and appraisal certification with hundreds of hours each year.
