Mike Marzinske is a Senior Advisor and Investment Real Estate specialist for the firm's Minneapolis office. He focuses on the acquisition & disposition of Single Tenant Net-Leased as well as Multi-Tenant retail property here in Minnesota and across the country.

Mike is a member of The Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) and The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Prior to joining Encore, Mike started his brokerage career at Marcus & Millichap in 2011 and became one of the Minneapolis office’s top producing retail agents. Mike has closed over 35 transactions with a total property value approaching $100M.
