Mike Oransky serves buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors located in and around Gainesville and Ocala, FL. He graduated from Louisiana State University, where he lettered in tennis and earned all SEC honors as a top collegiate tennis player in the U.S. After graduating, Mike played professional tennis and later established the Gainesville Tennis Academy at Westside Park.

While managing his tennis academy, where thousands of students learned, competed and excelled, Mike began investing in residential properties, flex-office/warehouse projects and small office buildings. He has also built several homes for his family.
With a focus on building strong relationships, Mike specializes in flex office/warehouse space, small to mid-sized commercial properties, multi-family units and office buildings. Mike’s business expertise and experience investing in real estate has enabled him to work with a wide range of clients and situations. Having lived in Gainesville for 37 years, he is well-versed in the area's business community and manages to find clients those hidden gems that other agents tend to overlook.

A passionate advocate for the tennis community, Mike has hosted or volunteered for various fundraisers benefiting organizations such as Aces in Motion, The Climb for Cancer Foundation, The Education Foundation of Florida, and many others.
