Mitchel Flaherty joined RIPCO in October 2023 as an Executive Managing Director of Investment Sales, with a focus on the Upper Manhattan and Bronx submarkets. Prior to joining RIPCO, Mitchel spearheaded Bronx Investment Sales for Paul Massey’s B6 Real Estate advisors.

Mitchel is originally from London, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich. He commenced his career as an appraiser, carrying out property valuations on behalf of commercial banks. He then quickly shifted into brokerage joining Lambert Smith Hampton, one of London’s top commercial real estate firms, specializing in the sale of Offices in the South East UK.
