Hi. I'm Morgan Green, Listing and Marketing Coordinator for the Commercial Real Estate department of Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. I maintain the listing inventory across various platforms, such as Multiple Listing Services, and I also support all marketing efforts both on an individualized agent basis and on a company scale. Previous to this position I have filled many roles within the residential department of Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty. I first started with the organization as an Intern in August 2016. My internship ended following graduation from The University of Georgia in 2018; however, I returned back to the Upchurch Realty family in August 2019, at first serving as a temporary assistant in the Marketing Department. In September 2019, I was offered a full-time role as the Marketing Coordinator and have since expanded my position to serve as an Interim MLS Coordinator. My various roles with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty have provided a strong background in both Listing and Marketing Services as they pertain to residential real estate, and I look forward to applying this knowledge in my role with the Commercial department.
