Nancy is a net lease broker, working for Bull Realty for over 18 years. She is a CCIM, member of ICSC and holds an MBA from the Gouizeta Business School at Emory University. She works with single tenant net lease sellers, investors and developers throughout the US. Since starting her net lease specialty, Nancy has brokered over $150M in sales transactions. Prior to her joining Bull Realty, she held senior management positions with AT&T and also had her own consulting business.
