Mr Barashy Joined Lee & Associates Commercial RE in 1995. In 1997 he was promoted to a Senior Vice President. Since than, Shawn has been specializing in Investments, Industrial and Land. Shawn represented major companies such as Cox Communication, UPS Logistics, Boise Cascade, Bigelow Aerospace, CSL Plasma to name a few. Mr Barashy was involved in multiple commercial developments from Land Acquisition, entitlements, development and selling / leasing the projects. In 2015 Mr. Barashy joined Berkshire Hathawy HS NV in the Commercial Division. Since than Mr. Barashy represented the buyer in the purchase of 19 acres (which are in the process of developing and Industrial park),
Represented an investor in the purchase of 44,000 sf Industrial Multitenant property, represented sellers in a single tenant sale/lease back engineering building and represented the seller in the sale of 25,600 multitenant Industrial building along with number of other sale and lease transactions.
