Neil Khant, Principal, started this firm in 2014. As a young entrepreneur, this was the perfect time to open his boutique firm, he saw an opportunity to help clients fulfill their needs in a more complete and thorough way; educating his clients not only on real estate but on site selection as well. Over the last few years, Neil’s primary focus has been on purchasing, leasing, and managing commercial properties. He also prides himself on detailed analysis of site selections, strong client relationships, and insider knowledge of market trends. He continuously looks for opportunities in the marketplace for his clients. Neil currently holds a Florida Real Estate Brokers License.
Raised in Tampa, he attended H.B. Plant High School before earning his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of South Florida. If not practicing commercial real estate, Neil enjoys volunteering in the community, attending regional sporting events, and playing golf.
