Nick Cole specializes in the dispositions and acquisitions of net lease investment sales with a focus on single tenant retail throughout the US. Dedicated to understanding his clients’ needs, Nick takes a proactive, passionate, and committed approach to each transaction. Prior to joining Essential CRE, Nick was investment associate at NAI Nor Cal.

Prior to commercial real estate, Nick Attended University of Oregon on a football scholarship and graduated from Northern Arizona University where he studied Political Science and Business Administration. Nick worked Sky Zone Franchise Group and was responsible for bookkeeping, bank reconciliation as well as assisted with financial budgeting and forecasting. Before returning to the Bay Area to launch a career in commercial real estate, Nick played professional football in Prague Czech Republic for the Prague Lions. In his downtime Nick enjoys exercising and golfing.
