Nick Robinson is a Director with Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group, where he specializes in landlord & tenant representation, site selection, build-to-suit development, and lease negotiation in southwest Florida. Nick plays an integral role in identifying and securing commercial real estate for his clients as well as developing and executing the market expansion plans for those clients. He provides a comprehensive approach to implementing a strategic real estate plan, from market analysis and research, to permit procurement and site development, and has extensive experience in retail real estate.

Nick possesses years of experience in the retail brokerage community. He brings to Front Street a successful track record of sales and leasing achievements including recognition by national publications, such as Southeast Real Estate Business Magazine and Top 40 under 40 in his home town (April 2016). Prior to coming back to Front Street, he was a Real Estate Manager with Concept Companies in Florida. While at Concept Companies, Mr. Robinson focused on site selection and build to suit projects for national retailers throughout the southeast United States. Prior to that, he was the director of Front Street’s Ocala office, having completed numerous leases and sales transactions with local, regional, and national retailers. In addition to representing traditional retail clients, Mr. Robinson diversified his business by representing local and institutional landlords in both the office and industrial sectors, as well as representing a top national bank, handling their REO dispositions throughout the Florida market.

Mr. Robinson remains active in local and regional non-profit organizations having sat on the boards of the Frank Deluca YMCA and The Boys and Girls Club of Marion County, and is active in philanthropy, having donated to numerous charitable organizations. He was also an active member of the ICSC Next Generation Committee for North Florida, as well as previously serving on the ICSC North Florida Idea Exchange Planning Committee.
