Nick joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group specializing in industrial properties in the Tampa Bay area. Nick has lived his entire life in the Tampa Bay area, which provides him extensive knowledge of the market trends of this area.
With 15 years’ experience as a joint owner of a business in this area, he is well aware of the importance to remain current with the market trends and conditions. Experience gained from his time with his company includes overseeing the construction of a 210K SF building with state of the art manufacturing technology and the development of several distribution centers. Nick has knowledge and experience in many different facets of manufacturing, everything from shipping and logistics to powder coating and packaging.
When the company was sold in 2014, Nick stayed on as head of the newly formed architecture services department. His responsibilities included working closely with architects, landscape architects and specifiers. This entailed helping with specifications, blue prints, building codes, and product education. This experience has led to a wide array of experience within the construction industry, and industry property market values.
Nick is a hard-working and motivated individual who is currently pursuing his CCIM certification, which only approximately 4% of commercial real estate professionals have obtained. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Michelle and has been attending Tampa Bay Bucs games of over 20 years (no matter how terrible they are).
