Co-Founder of the Canavan Gray Group, Nicole's business has been built upon her strong belief in the value of home ownership and investment real estate and her desire to provide excellent customer service. She strongly believes that an educated consumer is the best kind of consumer and strives to provide all of her clients with the tools and information they need to feel comfortable to make what is often the largest purchase in their life.

A Westford Massachusetts native, Nicole went on to attend Smith College in Northampton Massachusetts and after graduation she traveled to the United Kingdom where she received her M.Phil degree from University College London. While studying abroad, Nicole was introduced to real estate and gained both experience in apartment leasing and property management. She spent a further four years in Iceland where she co-owned a restaurant and nightclub/billiard bar. Upon her return to the United States, Nicole settled in Southern New Hampshire where she owns investment property. She lives with her daughter and her husband who serves in the NH National Guard.

Nicole's diverse international background provides her with a solid framework to think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions to bring both buyer and seller together and get the deal to close. Nicole has the professional experience to take a client from start to finish on both residential and commercial transactions.
