Nikola Cosic is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In his role, he is responsible for executing the company’s exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives in the Midtown West section of Manhattan.

Prior to joining Ariel, Mr. Cosic was an Investment Sales Associate at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he played key roles in selling investment properties valued at approximately $130 million. Previously, he was a Key Account Manager at the FMCG/Distribution Company (“Nelt Co”) in Serbia, where he specialized in the distribution and sale of Procter & Gamble consumer products to the retail/pharmaceutical market.

Mr. Cosic earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica (University of Novi Sad). He distinguished himself as a Student Vice-Dean and was an active student representative throughout his studies. Mr. Cosic moved to New York City from Serbia in 2019 to work in the commercial real estate industry.
