§ Top 5 Sub markets
§ $8 Million to $35 Million
§ Occupancy rate of 50% to 90%

We are interested only in those properties which are listed with you or your firm, we are not looking for any properties that have been listed by a different broker.
If it’s an off market property and you are in contact with the seller directly, we will need rent rolls and financials along with other offering materials.
