ur Tamarindo office has been open since 1999, with Chris Simmons as previous owner and founder. The actual Broker/Owners, Isabelle Emond and Courtney Borquet, purchased the Franchise in June 2014. Courtney has been working at the RE/MAX Tamarindo office as an agent since 2003. Isabelle joined the team in June 2013.

Isabelle was a custom home builder for many years in Canada before moving to Costa Rica. She has built and renovated over 200 properties. Her experience in construction and management of construction projects helps the clients to understand the market and property values. Courtney has been working in real estate on the Gold Coast since 2000 and with Remax Tamarindo since 2004 as the office Director.
