Real Estate Professional, previously with the #1 Commercial Real Estate Office (now Cushman & Wakefield/DTZ), with over 25 years of experience in multiple Commercial real estate arenas such as retail, mixed use, multi-family, office and industrial. Using his experience in real estate, and as a carpenter, Patrick developed several buildings, 3 of which he still owns and manages. This experience gives him the ability to solve problems and identify opportunities for clients.
Finishing his MBA at Cambridge University, U.K., with an emphasis on human psychology and behavior, helps Patrick negotiate and close client’s transactions in their best interest quickly, smoothly and effectively.
Patrick is currently serving on the board of the La Jolla Community Planning Association, La Jolla Parks and Beaches, Inc. and LJ Historical Society, and previously serving as President, Chair or Member on 17 boards, many of which are community planning and development associations, provides him with the knowledge, understanding and relationships to move the right projects forward.
This extensive experience gives Patrick the in-depth awareness of the market and industry, as well as the negotiation abilities, to help clients to meet or exceed their personal goals.
