Patrick Berman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998 as a retail specialist. Since 1985, Mr. Berman has sold and leased over two billion dollars of commercial and residential properties in the U.S. and Canada.

From 1999 to 2011, Patrick received a Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors Pinnacle Award for “Top Five” retail production in Tampa Bay (#1 for seven consecutive years). 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 Top Retail Producer. FGCAR Million Dollar Producer Award. 2013 FGCAR Investment Deal of the Year. Multiyear CoStar Power Broker Award winner. 2015 FGCAR Top Producer General Brokerage. 2015 & 2016 FGCAR Retail Investment Deal of the Year. 2016 FGCAR Overall Deal of the Year. 2017 FGCAR Top National Producer Retail and General Brokerage.

Mr. Berman’s Cushman & Wakefield awards include: Top Retail Producer, Top Retail Leasing Agent, Million Dollar Production Award, Deal of the Year and Brokerage Service Excellence Award. Patrick has served as a tenant broker for Sprint, Simmons, Starbucks, Time Warner, Sears, Grow Financial Credit Union, Quest Diagnostics, SunTrust Bank, Taco Bell, Verizon, Learning Care Group and other prominent corporations.

He is a member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB).
