Patrick dealt with his first real estate project in 1964, found he liked it and has invested both time & personal assets in real estate ever since.

Graduate of Northumbria University (Business), and Durham University (Masters) 1981 has since developed several multi-national trading businesses, before truly settling down and concentrating on his real estate activity that is his true passion.

Since then has developed and built numerous projects from the ground up including residential & commercial properties and with his analytical mind and leanings value engineers any future propositions with a keen eye for a return on capital invested both for himself and clients.
