Background & Experience
Patrick Metz is a member of the Metz Real Estate Team as a specialist in landlord/tenant representation and investment grade commercial real estate properties. Patrick has been a licensed realtor since 2007, and a member of the Cincinnati Commercial Board of Realtors. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Prior to joining NAI, he spent over five years with Fifth Third Bank. As a Lead Business Analyst for Fifth Third he performed trend and investigative product analysis. Patrick will assist the Metz team in the areas of research, analytical analysis, and commercial real estate client solutions including leasing and sales. Patrick is experienced in property management, retail, office, multi-family, and development property portfolios.
