Patrick O'Brien is a commercial specialist at Douglas Elliman Real Estate Commercial Services Division, a leading full service commercial brokerage firm specializing in corporate real estate service.

Patrick started his career in 2003 with Sovereign Mortgage Group and worked there for three years. In 2006 he transferred to Lend America Mortgage Bank where helped manage a group of loan officers and closed many deals. In 2008 Patrick opened his own branch with Allstate Home Equity Mortgage Brokers and successfully ran the company.
Working with Douglas Elliman commercial division, he represents all major property types including office, industrial, retail, apartment and land. He treats each assignment with commitment and focus from a single transaction in a local market to national and multi-market assignments.

He will negotiate contracts, coordinate construction, provide both property management, as well as ongoing advisory services to satisfy your changing real estate needs.
