Specialization: My success is based upon constant active phone and in person canvassing of the market. This lead genration activity leads to more showings, and thereby converts the opportunity to sell more of my own listings. My second pillar of success is to provide those customers leads for their busineses to generate additional referrals for us all. Ulitmately this philosophy leads to long term relationships, referrals , that build upon each other. Each assignment begins as a case study confirming property data from various sources including town records, market trends, allowable uses per the zoning, inspection of the premises for deferred maintenance, environmental issues, and strategies to remedy those situations. This method also identifies potential risks, strategic candidates, target marketing, utilizing past file contacts, which compliments our marketing program through web links to several MLS services, in addition to Co Star, Loopnet, Orion, and BHHS Blake Realtors com. This comprehensive approach has significantly increased the success rate in selling my listings double the industry average. My clients range from bankers, auto & equipment dealerships, distributors that use flex space, developers, engineers, attorney's various commercial - industrial users, and private owners.
