Peggy began her commercial real estate career as one of the five founding brokers of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Specialist in Albuquerque. She quickly made her mark, earning both Rookie of the Year and Top Salesperson in the Western Division. She later became a partner at Standerwick & Peoples, a commercial brokerage firm located in Uptown Albuquerque.

Building on her success, Peggy launched her own development company, Tri Star Development, which operated across six states: New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Florida.

Peggy has specialized in site selection and development for grocery stores, drugstores, restaurants, and movie theaters. Her project portfolio includes national and regional brands such as Furr’s, Food Emporium, Bag-N-Save, Albertsons, Winn-Dixie, Smith’s, AMC Theatres, Tinseltown Theatres, PetSmart, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, Texas Roadhouse, Tony Roma’s, Copeland’s of New Orleans, Walgreens, Toys “R” Us, and Babies “R” Us, among others.
