Peter joined Prudential Commercial in 2005 specializing in industrial, office and land investments. Partner at Site to Key Services, a Tampa based Broker/Developer of office properties from 2007 to 2011. He returned to Prudential Commercial in 2012 to concentrate on investment properties with a particular focus on pre-foreclosure properties as candidates for re-structuring, re-financing or note sales.
Corporate Experience
Peter was the Owner, President and CEO of a nationally renowned food brokerage and distribution company. His responsibilities included all lease negotiations, purchase of warehouse space, and office space. He was also responsible for all banking relationships and financing requirements, along with the creation and formation of several start-up subsidiaries. He has also served on the boards of several key industry associations.
