Biography
Peter Konopka, CCIM, serves as a senior investment advisor for SVN, specializing in the sale, leasing and management of retail, office, land and multi-family properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. With almost two decades of commercial real estate experience he provides his clients with a full complement of commercial real estate services in consulting, leasing, sales, development and asset management. He has acted as a principal as well as a representative to Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants. Past transaction have included investments, exchanges, workouts, developments, landlord & tenant representations, construction finish outs and property management. He presently serves as the senior investment advisor at SVN Dunn Commercial , specializing in Retail, Multifamily and Office properties.
Prior to joining SVN, Konopka served as a top producing commercial investment advisor for the newly started division of Keller Williams DFW Commercial where he was responsible for a wide variety of investor transactions, as well as training and development of the office personnel of the commercial team.
Active in commercial real estate community Konopka is a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and National Apartment Association. Konopka earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is an active member of the International CCIM Institute as well as its North Texas CCIM Chapter.
