Peter Maclennan specializes in helping clients with their commercial real estate needs in the San Francisco Bay Area. He
founded Maclennan Investment Group in 2009 to assist clients with investment decisions.

Prior to committing full-time to Maclennan Investment Group, Mr. Maclennan worked for
Owens Financial Group as an asset manager and commercial loan underwriter. He provided
daily management to 45 apartments in Oakland, CA and oversight to the management of 320
apartments in Florida. He also oversaw light industrial assets, land, and other real estate assets
for the company. As well, Mr. Maclennan was involved in the underwriting and origination of
over $30 million in commercial real estate debt.

Mr. Maclennan is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the Contra Costa
Association of Realtors.
