Peter Theodore serves as an advisor with SVN Chicago Commercial, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail and industrial properties on Chicago’s north side and northern suburbs. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience as a property owner, manager and broker. His practice specializes in working with other investors and business owners.
Prior to joining SVN, he was a principal at a boutique commercial real estate firm, following a 20 year trading career at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He also helped found and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Liver Foundation for Kids, an Illinois Charity that has raised over $1M for pediatric liver research.
Peter earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
He lives on the North Side with his wife and two young twin children.
