Joan has lived and breathed Real Estate her entire life, growing up in the Washington DC area where her parents were both Real Estate Brokers. After considering Law as her major, she made the decision to become a Realtor and has never looked back! Her detailed knowledge of all aspects of real estate make her a beloved agent of all her past clients and customers. Joan is an avid golfer, when she is not spending time with her family and enjoying two Golden Retrievers and the animals on her 5 acre ranch. She was in the golf industry for 6 years in both pro shop management and golf course administration, before turning full time to Real Estate. Most important, Joan is proud to report that her daughter is now as Senior at Virginia Tech, in the Navy ROTC, studying Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation and commissioning she will be stationed in Pensacola, Florida for Naval Filght Officers Training.
