A Bay Area native and graduate of UC Davis , Race is a seasoned commercial estate executive with over 12 years of years of experience assisting landlord and tenants with in all facets of leasing and purchase transactions. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap and then transitioned to ProEquity Asset Management in a broad senior director role. Specializing in retail leasing and investments, Race brings a strong history of success and is a valuable asset to growing the ECP portfolio.

When he’s not closing deals, Race enjoys golf, sporting events, traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
