Rachel joined RISE after coming from the world of corporate account management. The diversity of the industry and the incredible team at RISE inspired her to make the switch and she couldn’t be more grateful.

She has been fortunate to have run her own corporate wellness business, working with companies across the Denver Metro area to help employees reach their goals; healthy people are usually happier people!

Rachel is blessed with three kids, which means she is often on the sidelines of a soccer field, cooking up a recipe they found on Pinterest, or watching impromptu dance routines in her living room.

It doesn’t sound exciting, but old books, poetry, and literature make Rachel happy. She believes we all want to live a better story, and find something that makes us come alive.
