Rachel’s commercial real estate specialties include Urban Infill/Development, Office, Industrial, and Investments. After earning a Colorado-State Boettcher Scholarship, Rachel graduated from Colorado College with a degree in International Political Economics.

Rachel’s professional background includes general construction, fire sprinkler contracting, and restaurant sales/operations. From 2009-2015 Rachel managed Sales & Events for Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, concluding her restaurant career as the General Manager of Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Houston, Texas. Rachel has firsthand knowledge of how real estate affects the operation of a business. Her level of management experience, development expertise, and extensive understanding of the Colorado marketplace combine as an irreplaceable asset to her clients.
