In 1996 I worked as Independent consultant for several Construction companies seeking international projects. During that career I went to Philippines and established contacts on the highest level. I was honored to be invited by the President of Philippines, Mr. Ramos in his palace for a discussion on a $2 Billion Project in Mindanao {A minority underdeveloped Muslim state}. I was the procuring cause of bringing in the major international firms such as Montgomery Watson and USA politicians to the table. Due to the government change in 1998, with a new president, Mr. Estrada, this project did not get pursued.
