Randy joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group Commercial Division with nearly two decades of personal and professional experience in real estate as a property owner and landlord (commercial and residential), investor, developer, and financial advisor to his clients who were buying or selling real estate and businesses.
Randy has been the managing partner of Suncoast CPA Group for over twenty years. He has enjoyed serving the firm’s clients, assisting them with business and personal tax return preparation, financial statement preparation, as well as advising them on a wide range of financial and tax related topics and situations. Randy values the trust his clients place in him. He has worked hard to earn their trust, and intends to work hard to keep it. His goal as a Commercial Division associate is to expand the catalogue of services he is able to offer current and potential clients who are interested in buying or selling a business or commercial property.
Randy attended University of South Florida and Florida Metropolitan University and has earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting. He is Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. His professional memberships include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Active in his community, Randy serves as a board member for Chapters Health Systems, Brooksville Housing Authority, HPH Hospice and Foundation, Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce, HCA-Oak Hill Hospital, Hernando Builders Association, Hernando Progress, Capital City Bank, and has supported countless political candidates at the local, state and national levels over the last twenty years in fundraising efforts and as campaign treasurer.
